By submitting this application you affirm that you are a licensed and permitted establishment following food safety guidelines. Bars and pubs offering meals, and food trucks with Emeryville business licenses are invited to participate, along with restaurants, bakeries, and cafes.

Emeryville Restaurant Week Rules:

Emeryville Restaurant Week Participant agrees to:
-Post promotional flyer in window or visible area (you will be provided with flyer)
-Stack counter postcards (you will be provided with postcards)
-Provide patrons with small survey card at checkout (you will be provided with survey card)
-Ensure chosen ERW offer is available from 10/1 through 10/11
-Ensure adequate staff is on hand

Emeryville Restaurant Week will:

-List your restaurant on our website, along with your offer and address and link to your website.

-Provide Flyers, Postcards and Survey Cards
